The highlight and the full film are what you sell. The short pieces are what keeps the couple, and everyone they tag, looking at your work while the long edits are being made. We cut two kinds.

What makes a short wedding edit work
| Do | Avoid |
|---|---|
| Open on a face or a line of dialogue in the first second | A slow drone shot of the venue as the opener |
| One track, cut to its structure | Two songs crammed into sixty seconds |
| The couple's names or your logo at the end | Long title cards at the start |
| Music licensed for social platforms | A track that gets the post muted or taken down |

Questions videographers ask
What is the difference between a wedding teaser and a highlight film?
A teaser is a 60-second trailer built from the key moments; a highlight film is a 4–10 minute story of the day. The teaser announces the film, the highlight is the film couples share and rewatch.
How much does a wedding teaser edit cost?
A teaser starts at $110 and a rough cut at $99. Both can go in the same order as a highlight or full film, with one brief for everything.
Can I order just a teaser without a highlight?
Yes. Each package can be ordered on its own. Adding one to a highlight order is efficient, because the footage, brief and grade are already prepared for it.
