1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://frameflowedit.com (the “Website”) and all related services offered by FrameFlow Edit (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Together, the Website and our services are referred to as the “Service”.

1.2. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

1.3. You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2.1. ‍FrameFlow Edit provides professional video editing services, including but not limited to wedding film editing, color correction, sound enhancement, and storytelling refinement.

2.2. We may update or modify the Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any updates constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

2.3. If you fill the contact form on Website or submit a project request via means of electronic communication, you agree to provide accurate information and to receive email communications related to your project. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.

3.1. Service fees are communicated individually to each client or displayed on the Website. Payments are due according to the terms specified on the issued invoice.

3.2. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

3.3. All payments for editing services are non-refundable once the editing process has started. However, if no work has been initiated, you may request a cancellation and refund by contacting our support team at contactframeflowedit@gmail.com. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 14 business days. Please note, that our team starts working on project right after you have made a prepayment.

4.1. All materials, designs, and content on the Website, including text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of FrameFlow Edit and are protected under Ukrainian and international copyright laws.

4.2. You retain full ownership of your uploaded footage. By submitting materials, you grant FrameFlow Edit a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use, edit, and process your content solely for the purpose of performing the Service.

4.3. “FrameFlow Edit,” our logo, and related marks are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:
      - Use the Website or Services for unlawful purposes;
      - Attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the Website or its servers;
      - Upload or transmit materials that infringe intellectual property rights or contain harmful code;
      - Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrameFlow Edit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FrameFlow Edit, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
No arbitration shall apply unless both parties expressly agree in writing to such a procedure.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
